Nancy Awuor was born in Genga Village, Rangwe constituency, Homa-Bay County. She sat for her KCPE in 2004 and KCSE in the year 2008. She has worked as Internet Sales Agent, Orange Telecom, Purchasing and administrative, Access Energy Limited, Human Resource Intern, Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation Nyanza Provincial Headquarters and as Office Assistant, Friends of Rang’i Organization and First Aid at Work, St John Ambulance. Currently she is working for SEP as Finance and Office Administrator and her responsibilities include: ensuring that SEP is operating within the Kenya and international Accounting standards, establish, manage and regularly review all finance procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance to the organization's finance policies and oversight and advice on financial matters.


She ensures timely and accurate financial reporting on monthly basis to the board through the PM, Monitor annual project budgets and proposal budgets, Maintain and update the and Liaising with the bank and relevant governmental institutions to keep financial documents and records to meet the organizational requirements. Moreover, she reconciles bank accounts and petty cash and report to the board through the Program Manager.


She is a continuing student, currently studying bachelor of commerce-HR option in Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
